When can I expect my order to ship?

Orders can be expected to ship Monday through Friday. Occasionally, we are able to get packages out on Saturdays. Major holidays are not included in transit times. Our processing time between order received, packaged and dropped off at our shipping carrier is typically within 3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Which carrier do you use to ship packages?

We’re happy to ship via USPS by either First Class or Priority Mail.

Our smallest packages ship out via First Class mail and our larger orders are shipped in Priority Mail Flat Rate Padded Envelopes, Medium Flat Rate Boxes, or Large Flat Rate Boxes.

How long are packages in transit?

USPS First Class packages usually take 2-5 transit days to arrive but can take longer.

USPS Flat Rate Priority packages normally take between 2-3 business from USPS acceptance of the package to delivery. If you are located in Alaska or Hawaii, delivery can often take longer. Transit times are always subject to change.
