Cedar Soap Dish

$10.00

Help prolong the life of your soaps by keeping them dry with this beautifully handcrafted cedar soap dish that allows continuous airflow around your bars of soap. Known for its rot resistance and naturally occurring antimicrobial properties, cedar makes an excellent choice for use in wet environments such as sinks or showers. Enjoy a beautiful, woodsy aroma every time the dish gets wet.

Please Note:

  • This listing is for 1 soap dish.

  • Wood grain and color may slightly vary dish to dish. Some may or may not have knots or other small imperfections; we find that these things add character.

  • Soap may occasionally stick to the dish and/or leave residue on the wood over time. Run warm water over dish to remove soap bar and lightly scrub dish with a cleaning brush to wash off the soap.

  • Cedar contains natural elements called tannins which give it its rich color. When first using the soap dish, these tannins may leech out from the wood leaving a reddish-brown residue behind including on soap which should be easily rinsed away. Over time, this leeching will cease.
